Marcus E. Adalay, Managing Director

Marcus is a Managing Director of Herculean Group. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Distinct Capital Partners. He started his career as a Trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Toronto-Dominion Bank.

He has over a decade of investment banking and capital markets experience. He has advised on public and private mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions for preeminent companies in Canada and internationally.

Marcus has completed his Graduate Research in Economics at Harvard University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at McMaster University. He was valedictorian at the Académie Catholique.

He is committed to community leadership, having served as the Vice Chairman of the Board for the federally funded Immigrants Working Centre. He has been a Guest Lecturer at the University of Toronto, covering the topics of investment banking and global markets.

Marcus is fluent in English and French.

Rosemarie A. Przybylska, Vice President

Rosemarie is a Vice President at Herculean Group. She joined the firm as an Investment Banking Associate in 2023. Prior to that, she was a Corporate Lawyer at the Tribunal de commerce de Paris. Rosemarie has advised leading European, North American and global enterprises, both privately held and publicly listed.

Rosemarie has completed her Master’s degree in European Law and her Bachelor's degree in Law at Panthéon-Assas, Paris II University.

She is committed to the encouragement and patronage of the performance, visual, and literary arts.

Rosemarie is fluent in English and French.
